HMI Panels • Human/Machine Interface
Baldor offers a complete range of programmable HMI panels to meet the most demanding of applications.
The HMI panels can interface either over the serial port (RS232) or CANopen port by means of a plug in option. The panels are compatible with Baldor's range of motion controllers and intelligent drives including the NextMove ESB, NextMove ES and MintDrive.
Applications are built using the powerful Windows front end that provides a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor. |

NextMove e100 • Ethernet POWERLINK Machine Controller
The NextMove e100 builds on the proven NextMove controller family of products and now integrates management of real-time Ethernet using the industry standard protocol Ethernet POWERLINK. Drives, I/O devices, sensors, absolute encoders can all be added to the POWERLINK network and controlled from the Mint programming language. This greatly simplifies system design and installation, and simultaneously expands the capabilities of the NextMove e100 as a machine control platform.
NextMove e100 can perform interpolation on 8, 12 or 16 axes, as either a single coordinate group or as multiple coordinate systems operating independently, with their own scale factors and move buffers. Interpolation can be performed over the Ethernet Powerlink network or the built in stepper/servo axes. NextMove e100 is compatible with Baldor's Ethernet Powerlink AC servo drive, MicroFlex e100. |

NextMove™ ESB 7 & 8 Axis Motion Controller
NextMove ESB a compact panel mount motion controller for the control of up to 8 axes - 4 servo, 4 open loop stepper. NextMove ESB-2 offers 7 axes - 3 servo and 4 stepper.
Using the latest generation 32-bit Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), NextMove ESB/ESB-2, coupled with MintMT, offers a high speed and flexible motion controller. On board I/O can be used to control many parts of the machine. This can be further expanded with either Baldor's range of CAN I/O modules operating over the NextMove ESB/ESB-2 CAN bus, or alternatively, CANopen devices conforming to the standard DS401 I/O profile.
Versatile programming is provided by means of Mint - multitasking BASIC, embedded 'C' or the supplied ActiveX components.
NextMove ESB/ESB-2 is available with a USB and RS232 or RS485. |
